JPRacing - Last week of the flat

It’s the last week of the flat season proper, and I’m buzzing to be heading to Ascot for British Champions Day on Saturday - even though the weather looks set to be absolutely atrocious.

There’s rain in the forecast pretty much everyday and it’s not going to be any better than soft at Ascot on Saturday. That’s not unusual for Champions Day, but it still makes things interesting.

If you’re a jumps fan, look away now. Not an obstacle will jumped today as flat cards dominate at Gowran Park, Musselburgh, Windsor, Yarmouth and Kempton.
